Join Mark Knowles, Master Yoga Teacher and owner of Mt. Dora Yoga, for a fun and FREE yoga class. This inclusive and easily accessible session will explore the connection between yoga and the earth. Please bring your own mat or towel, a limited number of mats will be available.
